(THE “GIVEAWAY”)
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OLD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Not open to employees, associates, or contractors of The CIMA Group, LLC (“Sponsor”), Sponsor’s affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, vendors, or persons living in the same household.
By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
2. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on March 3, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on March 9, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT(the “Entry Period”).
The random drawing will occur on or about March 10, 2026.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible individuals may enter the Giveaway during the Entry Period by completing one (1) of the following entry methods:
Method 1 – Email / Typeform Entry
Complete and submit the designated Typeform entry form linked in Sponsor’s promotional email and provide the requested information.
OR
Method 2 – Instagram Entry
(i) Like the official Wana Winter Giveaway post on @wanabrands;
(ii) Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the Giveaway post; and
(iii) Save the Giveaway post on Instagram.
Each entry method constitutes one (1) entry.
Limit one (1) total entry per person for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method. If a participant completes both entry methods, only one (1) total entry will be counted.
No other form of entry or participation is valid. Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple accounts, identities, or methods may void that participant’s entries and result in disqualification. Standard data rates may apply.
By entering via Instagram, entrants agree to release and hold Instagram harmless from any liability related to this Giveaway.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about March 10, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or Instagram direct message.
If required by law, the winner must complete, sign, and return within five (5) business days of notification:
- an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release; and
- any tax documentation required by law.
Failure to timely comply may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
5. PRIZE
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive the following prize package:
- One (1) Funboy sled – ARV: $99
- One (1) gummy travel tin – ARV: $10
- One (1) trucker hat – ARV: $20
- One (1) goggle cover – ARV: $10
- One (1) bag tag – ARV: $8
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $147.00
Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
Prize may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to availability.
Funboy and any other third-party brands included in the prize are not sponsors of this Giveaway and are not affiliated with or endorsing this promotion.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Participant agrees that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Sponsor Entities”) shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor Entities’ total cumulative liability shall not exceed the approximate retail value of the prize.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses the Giveaway or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other causes compromise its integrity.
8. CHOICE OF LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
