VIBE CLUB SPRING GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE BUDTENDERS IN THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OLD.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The VIBE Club Spring Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to individuals who: (i) are legal residents of the United States; (ii) are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry; and (iii) are currently employed as a budtender at a licensed cannabis dispensary in the United States at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Wana Wellness, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and persons living in the same household as any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate.
By entering, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
2. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on March 23, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on March 27, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter the Giveaway by:
· Accessing the official Giveaway entry form via the link provided in the Wana VIBE Club newsletter; and
· Completing and submitting the entry form with all required information.
Each eligible entrant who completes the entry form will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Use of multiple accounts, automated systems, scripts, or other fraudulent methods to obtain additional entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about March 28, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided at entry and may be required to verify employment as a budtender prior to prize fulfillment.
If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, fails to verify eligibility, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. PRIZE
There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize includes:
One (1) custom Wana adventure pack, including:
- Carhartt blanket (ARV $114)
- YETI bottle (ARV $63)
- Five-panel hat (ARV $34)
- Custom duffle bag (ARV $49)
- Reefer Wellness book (ARV $32)
- Total approximate retail value (“ARV”): $292.00
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and for any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Released Parties’ total liability shall not exceed the stated ARV of the prize.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. WINNER LIST
To request the winner’s name, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
“VIBE Club Spring Giveaway – Winner Request”
within thirty (30) days after the Giveaway end date.
Sponsor may provide only the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence.
