OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OLD.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Wana Winter Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Wana Wellness, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and persons living in the same household as any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate.
By entering, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
2. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on February 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on February 13, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter the Giveaway via Instagram by completing all of the following actions (collectively, the “Required Entry Actions”):
- Like and save the official Wana Winter Giveaway post on @wanabrands;
- Follow @wanabrands on Instagram; and
- Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the Giveaway post.
Each eligible entrant who completes all Required Entry Actions will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
Bonus Entry
Entrants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by sharing the official Giveaway post to their Instagram Story during the Entry Period.
Limit two (2) total entries per person (one standard entry and one bonus entry), regardless of method.
Use of multiple accounts, automated systems, scripts, or other fraudulent methods to obtain additional entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about February 14, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from the official @wanabrands account.
If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, fails to verify eligibility, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. PRIZE
There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner.
Grand Prize:
• One (1) custom Wana-branded snowboard; and
• One (1) Wana-branded swag pack (contents determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $700.00.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and for any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Released Parties’ total liability shall not exceed the stated ARV of the prize.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. WINNER LIST
To request the winner’s name, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Wana Winter Giveaway – Winner Request” within thirty (30) days after the Giveaway end date.
Sponsor may provide only the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence.
