Wana’s Sleepmaxxing Giveaway (“The Giveaway”)
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OLD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WHO, DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD (AS DEFINED BELOW):
(I) SIGN UP FOR SPONSOR’S NEWSLETTER VIA THE DESIGNATED TYPEFORM ENTRY PAGE;
(II) LIKE THE OFFICIAL SLEEPMAXXING GIVEAWAY POST ON @WANABRANDS ON INSTAGRAM; AND
(III) FOLLOW @WANABRANDS AND @SHOPWANDEROUS ON INSTAGRAM
(COLLECTIVELY, THE “QUALIFYING ENTRY ACTIONS”).
Not open to employees, associates, or contractors of Wana Wellness, LLC (“Sponsor” or “Wana”) or Sponsor’s affiliates, or persons living in the same household. By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
2. ENTRY PERIOD:
For all eligible individuals who complete the Qualifying Entry Actions from January 5, 2026, through 11:59 p.m. PT on January 18, 2026 (the “Entry Period”) will be eligible for the Giveaway.
3. TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN:
Eligible individuals must complete all Qualifying Entry Actions during the Entry Period to receive one (1) entry.
Bonus Entries:
Entrants may earn up to two (2) additional bonus entries by:
(i) Reposting the official Sleepmaxxing Giveaway Reel on Instagram; and
(ii) Tagging a friend in the comments of the Giveaway post.
Bonus entries are valid only if all Qualifying Entry Actions are completed. Tagging a friend in a single comment constitutes one (1) bonus entry. Multiple tags in the same or separate comments will not result in additional entries.
Limit three (3) total entries per person, regardless of method. No other form of entry or participation is valid. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different accounts, identities, or methods may void that participant’s entries and result in disqualification. Standard data rates may apply.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
On or about January 19, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select multiple potential winners, with one (1) winner selected for each prize listed below. Each potential winner will be notified via email and/or Instagram direct message.
Each potential winner whose prize has an approximate retail value in excess of $600.00 must complete, sign, and return within five (5) business days of notification:
(i) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release; and
(ii) an IRS Form W-9 including Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes.
Failure to timely comply may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate potential winner.
5. PRIZE AWARD AND RESTRICTIONS:
The Giveaway consists of the following separate prizes, each awarded to one (1) winner:
- Wana Hemp Sleep Gummies – Two-month supply (four units of each variety)
- Oura Ring Gift Card Package – $500 total value
- The PurpleFlex Mattress (Queen Size) – $1,527
- Airbnb Gift Card – $500
- Loftie Sleep Set – Lamp, alarm clock, and mouth tape

- Custom Wana Socks
Total Estimated Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes Combined: $4,668.00.
Each entrant may win no more than one (1) prize.
All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. A prize may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to availability.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
Participant agrees that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Sponsor Entities”) shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor Entities’ total cumulative liability shall not exceed the approximate retail value of the applicable prize. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations of liability, so certain limitations may not apply.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses the Giveaway or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other causes compromise its integrity.
8. CHOICE OF LAW:
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9. COPIES OF OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNER’S LIST:
For a copy of these Official Rules or the winner’s list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at 7161 Valtec Court, Unit A, Boulder, CO 80301 within thirty (30) days of the Giveaway end date.
