The only difference between a “hemp” plant and a “marijuana” plant – which we prefer to call “regulated cannabis” – is a legal one. “Hemp” is defined as any cannabis plant containing no greater than .3% THC by net weight, while regulated cannabis contains more than that. That means we can legally extract THC molecules from hemp plants, infuse them into our products, and distribute those products on a national scale.

Yes! The 2018 Agricultural Improvement Act (also known as the Farm Bill) legalized hemp and its derivatives at the national level.
