When in doubt: start low and go slow. Too much THC may result in unpleasant side effects like anxiety or drowsiness. Absolutely. Most states have testing regulations to ensure consumer safety, but Wana has been lab-testing our Gummies since long before it was legally required. 

All Wana Gummies are made with premium vegan ingredients and contain 3g of organic sugar per piece. There’s no gluten in our recipe, but some Gummies may be manufactured in the same facilities as products that contain gluten.

While gelatin gummies tend to get gooey around 90 degrees Fahrenheit, pectin can withstand temperatures up to 175 degrees. That’s what makes our Gummies naturally vegan and melt-proof.

Not yet, but we know how important this option is for our diabetic consumers, in particular. We are working on developing a sugar-free formulation that’s every bit as delicious as our regular Gummies, and we hope to make it available soon. 

Yes! If you don’t know, terpenes are the chemical compounds that give all plants their unique smell, taste, and effects. Our THC distillate is enhanced with more than 30 reintroduced terpenes in three custom blends, which mimic the effects of popular strains of flower. That’s why our products are available in three class-specific varieties: energizing sativa, relaxing indica, and balanced hybrid. 

Wana Gummies do come with expiration dates. To maintain maximum freshness, store your gummies in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place. Expired Gummies may become stale or lose potency over time, although they are unlikely to “spoil” in the way that milk or other perishable foods might spoil.

“Hemp” is defined as any cannabis plant containing no greater than .3% THC by net weight, while “marijuana” (aka regulated cannabis) contains more than that. The sale and distribution of hemp is federally legal, while the sale and distribution of regulated cannabis is not.

Wana Quick Gummies (as well as our Fast Asleep formulation) are powered by an innovative nano-encapsulation technology from our industry-leading tech partners at Azuca.  Essentially, each tiny cannabinoid molecule is encapsulated in a thin, water-soluble layer. Since your body is made up mostly of water, this layer makes the THC much easier to absorb than traditional edibles. As a result, the THC in Wana Quick typically hits your bloodstream in 5-15 minutes, as opposed to the usual 45-90 minutes that Classic Gummies require.

Traditional edibles, like Wana’s Classic Gummies and Stay Asleep formulation, typically take between 45 and 90 minutes to take effect. But a slower onset has its advantages! During that 45-90 minute period, the THC molecules travel through your digestive system and liver, where they undergo “first-pass metabolism.” This metabolic process converts the original Delta-9-THC molecules into something called 11-Hydroxy-THC. 11-Hydroxy is a more “potent” form of THC, because it’s better at crossing your blood-brain barrier. That increased potency is why traditional edibles tend to deliver a more powerful “body high” and to last much longer (usually 4-6 hours) than a high from smoking or from fast-acting edibles (usually 2-4 hours).
