National Budtender Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ARE EMPLOYED AS BUDTENDERS OR RETAIL CANNABIS EMPLOYEES AT A LICENSED CANNABIS DISPENSARY.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Feel How You Wana Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and are employed as budtenders or retail cannabis employees at a licensed cannabis dispensary.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Wana Wellness, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and persons living in the same household as any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate.

Entrants must remain eligible through the date a prize is awarded and may be required to verify their employment at a licensed cannabis dispensary.

By entering, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on November 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends on November 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT (the “Entry Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter through either of the following methods:

Method 1 – Email Entry

Access the official Giveaway entry form through the Typeform link provided in the Wana email and complete and submit the entry form with all required information.

Method 2 – Instagram Entry

Complete all of the following actions on Instagram:

1. Like the official Feel How You Wana Giveaway post;
2. Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the official Giveaway post; and
3. Repost the official Giveaway post on Instagram.

Entrants using the Instagram entry method must have an Instagram account that allows Sponsor to verify compliance with the entry requirements. Sponsor may request reasonable verification that the repost requirement was completed.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. If an individual enters through both methods or submits multiple entries, only the first eligible entry received will be considered. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be void.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

On or about October 12, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Each potential winner will be eligible to receive only one (1) prize package. The three prize packages will be randomly assigned among the three potential winners.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

5. PRIZES

There will be three (3) winners, with each winner receiving one (1) of the following prize packages:

Prize Package 1:

• One (1) Tuneshine album art display screen — ARV $199
• Wana custom swag items — ARV $50

Total ARV of Prize Package 1: $249

Prize Package 2:

• One (1) Lola digital camera — ARV $109
• Wana custom swag items — ARV $50

Total ARV of Prize Package 2: $159

Prize Package 3:

• One (1) projector — ARV $206
• Wana custom swag items — ARV $50

Total ARV of Prize Package 3: $256

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes offered in the Giveaway is $664.00.

Prizes do not include cannabis, cannabis products, cash, or any cash equivalent.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated as part of the applicable prize.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing.

A potential winner who entered through the Typeform email entry method will be notified using the email address provided with their entry.

A potential winner who entered through Instagram will be notified by Instagram direct message.

Each potential winner must respond and verify eligibility within five (5) business days after notification and may be required to provide reasonable verification of employment at a licensed cannabis dispensary and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, or other documentation requested by Sponsor.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required verification, the applicable prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

Sponsor will coordinate delivery of each prize directly with the applicable verified winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect contact information, delivery delays, or a winner’s inability to accept or use a prize.

Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and awarded to alternate winners at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner’s name, likeness, Instagram handle, job title, dispensary affiliation, city and state of residence, and statements concerning the Giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at:

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta, Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

In no event shall Sponsor’s total liability exceed the total stated ARV of the prizes.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, platform changes, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these Official Rules are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses multiple accounts to obtain additional entries, engages in fraud or misconduct, or otherwise interferes with the administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, prize assignment, and administration of the Giveaway are final and binding.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. WINNER LIST

To request the winners’ names, email [email protected] with the subject line:

“Feel How You Wana Giveaway – Winner List Request”

Requests must be received within thirty (30) days after the Giveaway end date.

Sponsor may provide only each winner’s first name, last initial, state of residence, and prize description.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any and all responsibility or liability arising out of or relating to the Giveaway.
