A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN THE STATE OF COLORADO AND ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

2. ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are physically present in the State of Colorado and are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, associates, or contractors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, vendors, Durango Organics, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate. Loyalty program membership is free and not contingent on purchase.
By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Void outside Colorado and where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and physical presence.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) and ends on March 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MT (the “Entry Period”). The drawing to select the winner will occur on or about April 2, 2026.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, eligible individuals who are loyalty program members of a participating Durango Organics dispensary in Colorado may enter the Sweepstakes through one of the following methods:
Automatic Entry with Purchase:
Loyalty program members who purchase any Wana product during the Entry Period at a participating Durango Organics dispensary will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
No-Purchase Entry Method:
Loyalty program members may also enter without making a purchase by scanning the Sweepstakes QR code available in-store and completing the designated entry form with their name, email address, and telephone number.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of entry method, unless otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Duplicate entries, automated entries, or entries submitted by commercial sweepstakes services are prohibited and will be void.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER
After the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received using a random selection process. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winner does not need to be present at the drawing to receive the prize.
6. PRIZE
There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner.
Grand Prize:
• One (1) custom snowboard
• One (1) Wana swag bag
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $600.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, where Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and for any other expenses not specifically described as part of the prize.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email within approximately five (5) business days after the drawing. The winner must verify eligibility within ten (10) days of notification and may be required to complete and return a W-9 form and an affidavit of eligibility or other documentation as requested by Sponsor.
If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the designated timeframe, or does not complete the required verification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY
Sponsor will coordinate prize fulfillment with the verified winner. Prize may be picked up at a designated Durango Organics dispensary location or shipped at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s inability to accept or use any prize or for any lost or misdirected communication. Prizes not claimed as directed may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s discretion.
9. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY
By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant grants permission to Sponsor to use their name, likeness, city of residence, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
All personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at wanabrands.com/privacy.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, Durango Organics, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. In no event shall Sponsor’s total liability exceed the stated ARV of the prize.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that fail to comply with these Official Rules will be void. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration and interpretation of the Sweepstakes are final.
12. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. WINNER LIST
A winner’s list is available upon request.

14. PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS
This Sweepstakes is conducted in partnership with participating Durango Organics dispensary locations in Colorado. Entries are accepted via qualifying purchases by loyalty members or via the no-purchase entry method described above. No specific Durango Organics location is required unless otherwise stated in promotional materials.
