Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES LOCATED IN THE STATE OF MONTANA AND WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES LOCATED IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY AND WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. Not open to employees, associates or contractors of The CIMA Group, LLC (“Sponsor”), affiliates or vendors of Sponsor or their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children). By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Void outside the State of Montana and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

ENTRY PERIOD:

The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins on April 10, 2026, at 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time (ET) and ends April 20, 2026, at 11:59 pm ET (“Entry Period”). Winners will be drawn on or before 5:00 pm ET on April 25.

TO ENTER:

Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes via the following method, which must be completed during the Entry Period:
BY VISITING A PARTICIPATING ELEVATED LICENSED DISPENSARY AND BY SCANNING A TYPEFORM QR CODE AND SIGNING UP FOR SPONSOR’S NEWSLETTER.
NO PURCHASE OR LOYALTY PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON.

NO AUTOMATED ENTRIES OR ENTRIES BY COMMERCIAL SWEEPSTAKES SUBSCRIPTION NOTIFICATION OR ENTERING SERVICE SITES PERMITTED. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different entry methods, email addresses, identities, or any other methods may void that entrant’s entries and disqualify that entrant from the Sweepstakes.

RANDOM DRAWING:

On or about April 25, 2026, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Prize: One (1) Nintendo Switch 2 (Approximate Retail Value: $500).
The Prize may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. The winners are responsible for any taxes on the Prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Within three (3) business days after the drawing, Sponsor will notify the potential winners by email. The potential winner must complete, sign and return within five (5) business days a W-9 tax form including Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting, or the winner will forfeit any claim to the Prize and Sponsor will contact an alternate potential winner in the same manner.

PRIZE AWARD AND RESTRICTIONS:

The Prize must be picked up at Blackwood Wellness in New Jersey, as coordinated with Sponsor. Prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification, or will be forfeited. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and duties related to winning the Prize. The Prize may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entrants are solely responsible for notifying Sponsor of any change in contact information after entry.

COMMUNICATIONS AND PRIVACY:

Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to receive email, phone calls and other communications from Sponsor about this Sweepstakes, and to the inclusion of the winner’s name and city of residence in a winner list. Where lawful, Sponsor may use a winner’s name, city of residence, likeness, biographical information, voice and statements attributed to the winner (if true), for publication, advertising and promotional purposes, without further consideration. Any personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at wanabrands.com/privacy.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:

Entrant agrees that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (“Sponsor Entities”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from participation or acceptance/use of the Prize. Sponsor Entities’ total cumulative liability shall not exceed the ARV of the Prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Sponsor Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or undelivered entries. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes for any reason, including fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures.

CHOICE OF LAW:

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Montana, applicable to contracts made and performed in Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event any provision of these Official Rules is held to be unenforceable, these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect without such provision. These Official Rules are intended to be the complete, final, and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between each entrant and Sponsor relating to the subject matter hereof.
