OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
1. SPONSOR
This promotional sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The CIMA Group, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and will be promoted at participating licensed JARS dispensary locations in the State of Arizona.

2. ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and physically present in the State of Arizona at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, associates, contractors, or representatives of Sponsor, JARS, their respective affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, vendors, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Void outside Arizona and where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on June 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) and ends on June 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST (the “Entry Period”).
The drawing to select the potential winner will occur on or about June 24, 2026.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Automatic Entry with Purchase
During the Entry Period, eligible JARS loyalty members who purchase any Wana product at participating JARS dispensary locations in Arizona will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
Eligible individuals may also enter without making a purchase by becoming a JARS loyalty member and completing the designated giveaway entry form via the QR code displayed on promotional materials at participating JARS Arizona dispensary locations during the Entry Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Loyalty program enrollment is free.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period regardless of method of entry. Duplicate, automated, scripted, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be void.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER
After the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
6. PRIZE
There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner.
Grand Prize includes:
- One (1) custom retro Igloo cooler; and
- One (1) folding chair.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize: $200.00.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and for any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing.
The winner must verify eligibility within ten (10) days of notification and may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where permitted by law), and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY
Sponsor will coordinate prize delivery directly with the verified winner. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect contact information, delivery delays, or a winner’s inability to accept or use the prize.
Prizes not claimed as directed may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s discretion.
9. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at:
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, JARS, their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
In no event shall Sponsor’s total liability exceed the stated ARV of the prize.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these Official Rules are void. Sponsor’s interpretation and administration of these Official Rules shall be final.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Requests must be received no later than July 15, 2026.
Sponsor may provide only the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state of residence.
14. PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS
The Sweepstakes will be promoted and entry will be available at participating JARS dispensary locations in Arizona. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
