A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. SPONSOR

This promotional sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The CIMA Group, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and will be promoted at participating licensed Trulieve dispensary locations in the State of Arizona.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and physically present in the State of Arizona at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, associates, or contractors of Sponsor, Trulieve, their respective affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, vendors, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate.

Participants must be enrolled in the Trulieve loyalty program. Enrollment in the loyalty program is free.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Void outside Arizona and where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) and ends on April 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MST (the “Entry Period”).

The drawing to select the potential winner will occur on or about May 3, 2026.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Automatic Entry with Purchase:
During the Entry Period, eligible Trulieve loyalty program members who purchase any Wana product at participating Trulieve dispensary locations in Arizona will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the number of qualifying purchases.

Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, eligible individuals must:

  • Be a Trulieve loyalty program member; and
  • Complete the designated entry form available via QR code or online during the Entry Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate, automated, or commercial entries are prohibited and will be void.

5. SELECTION OF WINNER

After the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winner need not be present to win.

6. PRIZE

There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner.

Grand Prize:

  • One (1) Ninja Slushy Machine

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $350.00

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing.

The winner must verify eligibility within ten (10) days of notification and may be required to complete and return a W-9 form, affidavit of eligibility, or other documentation requested by Sponsor.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or fails to complete required verification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. PRIZE DELIVERY

Sponsor will coordinate prize delivery directly with the verified winner. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect contact information, delivery delays, or a winner’s inability to accept or use the prize.

Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s discretion.

9. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Trulieve, their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

Sponsor’s total liability shall not exceed the stated ARV of the prize.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects its integrity. Entries that are incomplete or fail to comply with these Official Rules are void. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. WINNER LIST

Requests must be received no later than June 1, 2026.

Sponsor may provide only the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state of residence.

14. PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS

The Sweepstakes will be promoted and entry will be available at participating Trulieve dispensary locations in Arizona and via the designated entry form. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
