Wana hosts MJ Unpacked session to explore the importance of terpenes and how they affect specific user experiences

A panel of renowned cannabis experts will explore how terpenes have evolved to become significant factors in any cannabis experience, particularly infused cannabis edibles, at the MJ Unpacked California virtual event on Tues., July 14, from 1:00pm-1:30pm PST.

Moderated by Wana’s Director of Innovation Mike Hennesy, the panel “The Case for Terpenes and the Future of Effect Based Edibles” will feature Dr. Ethan Russo, Board-certified neurologist, psychopharma researcher and founder/CEO of CReDO Science; Dr. Jessica Knox, MD, MBA, MPH and CEO of American Cannabinoid Clinics, Co-founder of ADVENT Academy; Kevin Koby, Founding Partner & Chief Science Officer, ABSTRAX; and Matt Morea, CEO of Velvet Dispensary and Timothy Dodd, CEO of Sweet Flower providing the retail and consumer perspective. Collectively, this esteemed group of panelists will offer viewers a compelling discussion of the technical ins and outs of what many believe will be the next critical wave of innovation in the cannabis industry.
