OFFICIAL RULES
1. SPONSOR
This promotional giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by The CIMA Group, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and will be conducted in connection with the Illinois Women in Cannabis (“IWC”) event in Illinois.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:
- Are twenty-one (21) years of age or older;
- Are employed as budtenders or retail cannabis employees at a licensed cannabis dispensary;
- Are physically present at the IWC event in Illinois at the time of entry; and
- Complete the required entry process during the Entry Period.
Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, IWC, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on July 23, 2026, when Sponsor opens entry at the IWC event, and ends on July 23, 2026, before the prize drawing occurs at the event, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion (the “Entry Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter by scanning the designated Giveaway QR code available at the IWC event and completing and submitting the designated online entry form with all required information.
Entry may include signing up for Sponsor’s email, or marketing communications, subject to any consent language included on the entry form.
Limit one (1) entry per person. If multiple entries are received from the same person, only the first eligible entry received will be considered. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be void.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER
On July 23, 2026, after the close of the Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winner must be present at the event at the time of drawing or prize award, unless Sponsor determines otherwise in its discretion.
6. PRIZE
There will be one (1) winner.
Prize:
One (1) Wana-branded skateboard deck.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $200.00.
The prize does not include cannabis, cannabis products, cash, or any cash equivalent.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE AWARD
The potential winner will be announced or notified at the IWC event on July 23, 2026.
The potential winner must verify eligibility and may be required to complete any documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is not present at the time of prize award, fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required verification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will award or coordinate delivery of the prize at the event, or later if Sponsor determines that later delivery is necessary.
8. PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and IWC to use the winner’s name, likeness, job title, dispensary affiliation, city and state of residence, and statements concerning the Giveaway for internal, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, IWC, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
In no event shall Sponsor’s total liability exceed the stated ARV of the prize.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, inaccurate reporting, event cancellation, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these Official Rules are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, engages in fraud or misconduct, or otherwise interferes with the administration of the Giveaway.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules and the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
